I’ve been an artist all my life.  While the years have taken me in various directions, I always come back to Writing, Art and Design.  I studied Fine Arts right out of high school, at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design (now Emily Carr University) on Granville Island in Vancouver, BC.  Realizing quickly that they didn’t have what I was looking for, I veered off in a completely different direction, completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics, specializing in syntax and phonology, at the University of British Columbia.

I have since become a feminist, an advocate, and an activist for social justice.  I have worked for the past several years in the field of women’s sexual health and have had the privilege of using my skills as writer and artist to serve an inspiring community of women living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in British Columbia.

I am a collector of information and experiences; I love to read and travel.  I am also a stickler for detail, a slave to perfection and a lover of both beauty and quirkiness.  All of these tidbits influence my art and my work.

Today, I am pursuing a JD in Common Law at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. I am thrilled to continue working as a freelance designer and writer for clients all across the country -- creating top notch original graphics and copy for you and the projects that you hold dear.

Please check out my portfolio and get in touch to talk about your ideas and how we might make them reality.
